山頂塔樓酒店 (Hotel Hilltop Towers)

Have been qgueqt at hilltop towers for almost 2 decades. Fantastic and courteous staff, clean rooms and bathrooms, great food at the restaurant, homely south indian and other cousins too. People like mr. Mani are an asset. Very courteous staff. The location is in the hart of the town and walkable from the lake. Off-season is better time to enjoy with so much of crowd.

"the hotel is in a great central location, and the food is excellent. However, i was disappointed with the service. I had requested a late checkout since my bus was in the evening and i had an event that day, but none of my requests were accommodated, and i had to check out at 10 am without even an extra hour to refresh"

We stayed at this property for one night. The property is very close to the bus stand and lake. The staff is polite and they take their work seriously. Service was prompt and the food was decent as well. Perfect place for a family.

Stay was good, walkable distance to lake, shopping and bus stand. There is no fan or ac in the room. On-demand you need to request the table fan. Since it on top the main road, heavy noise most of the time vehicle moving around. They could have considered this point and install double sound proof window doors. Food is good but many options are reduced in bf since we visited last time.

Nice to stay and also for food. It is nearer to the kodai busstand, bryant park, lake, coakers walk etc.

Very close to lake and bus stand. Hotel is very clean and comfortable stay. Complimentary breakfast is good. Bathroom size is small.

Hotel and the service was good, breakfast is complement here, i checked in at 12th july friday 10am and checked out at 14th july sun-day 9am, they gave 2nd floor 203 room which is good and clean, the issue started at saturday night where some group of guys checked in nearby room 202 and other room in same 2nd floor, knocking the door at midnight, ringing the bell, even by mistake also not one time, we heard them trying to unlock our door, we were in deep sleep and when i opened the door, a guy was running in to his room fast, we felt unsafe as a family, and the next day sun-day morning before checking out our room some one opening our room door halfway and see inside, when i approach, he just ran fast, as we are in a hurry in checking out, we didn't complaint to the hotel management, my sincere request to the management is please check what happened on saturday night, and sun-day morning as you have the cameras placed in 2nd floor, it's really unsafe for family as some group of guys can book in this hotel and make disturbances to the family people.

Didn't like the fact that they had kept religious books for conversion in the room. Please keep religion out of the business. Made me very uncomfortable.

We have asked for half day extension with half day charges but they said to go for full day payment. Some policies can be adjusted for customer
