The rooms were average with poor ac, no tea kettle tv channels all deactivated, restaurant is closed so no morning tea n breakfast, bar was operating and only served starters no main course, towels were old and finally there was no hot water in the shower.

Room not clean ac not working tv not working phone not working no toiletries no drinking water receptionist was new and didn’t understand anything

Average stay it was experience. Room was neat but tv was not working and they didn't bother to check that too

Rooms are poorly maintained and did not even have towels. No restaurant so no coffee no room service. Absolutely nothing

I booked Harbour View from my experience a long time ago and due to its nearness to where I wanted to be in Ernakulam. But it was a total disappointment. The corridor itself was really bad with the floor coming up. The room then was even worse with the walls dirty and the bath tub peeling. There was no toilet tissue, no hot water and the fittings were coming loose. The main door's chain was broken. The single sofa was broken. The bathroom door was covered with what seems to be fungus. The room had not been painted for years.There was no room service and no coffee or tea facilities in the room. When I called to have a snack the reply was that it was a holiday for the staff.I decided to have a paid breakfast. There were just 2 other guests in the dining room. The food was pathetic. There was just one member of staff who served coffee to individuals from the kitchen in small paper cups such as being served by roadside vendors.Overall a horrible experience. I will never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone else.

the bed arrangement was not so good for three people and also room service was also not good. i think amount given to the room was high as the room cant accomodate a family. in the bathroom also the bath tub was leaking and also mosquito bites happened the whole night.

The room and services does not worth it for the money paid. There are no brush-toothpaste set and no warm water. The rooms are leaky and old

The location is excellent. Good rooms. . Easily accessible to nice restaurants. City access

No hot water, no food, no tv channels clear

Everything from rooms, facilities to food were average. For the money charged, expected more.
