Фишка отеля - Rooftop с рестораном, бильярдом и классной музыкой, караоке, танцплощадкой! Номера просторные, бассейн небольшой, но тоже плюс, завтраки понравились, персонал вежливый! Всё прошло хорошо, спасибо.

No welcome drink, no help with luggage — but hey, I was warmly greeted by 10 dead cockroaches in the room. The AC barely worked, which was fine since the real thrill began at 1 AM when the power went out. Reception? Abandoned. Power came back at 2:30, long after my will to live. Sleep? A distant dream. Stay here if you enjoy heat, bugs, and disappointment. Don’t expect good night sleep. But it doesn’t end in the night, next morning the breakfast is the worst. Expect 100% disappointment !
1/5 stars — the 1 is for the roaches who didn’t make it.

The front reception is behaving like they are giving room for free, no hot water, old property with 0 maintenance. Never opt for any kind of travel.

During our overnight stay at No.18 Hotel, we encountered several concerning issues that significantly diminished our experience.
The amenities advertised by the hotel were severely lacking. Notably, none of the amenities mentioned were operational during our stay.
The service provided was subpar, despite the hotel’s claims of being a four-star establishment.
Specifically, the following issues were encountered:
1. The rooms were of an average quality and lacked functional showers in all the rooms we occupied.
2. The hair dryer was inoperable.
3. The mini-bar did not provide bottled water.
4. The towels were not provided adequately.
5. The breakfast was of a mediocre quality.
6. The reception staff was often unresponsive to our inquiries.
The management should address these issues promptly. Alternatively, it may be prudent to leave them unaddressed. We strongly advise against labeling this establishment as a four-star hotel.

The moment I entered, the feel was it’s an old hotel. It was smelling all over including Rooms. Staff at reception was “batameez”. Shower in bathroom was not working. Tissues and dustbin was not there in room. Breakfast was also minimalistic, only tea coffee & poori bhaaji with Dosa. All in all neither 3 star nor 4 star. Room service was not there. You have to get your luggage also by your own. No food served in room at all. Makemym訂房網站 or MMT should really think before giving rating to any hotel or else MMT’s will loose trust of their customer. And this has happened thrice with me in 1.5 years. Also rating as 4.1 from MMT is really a dhoka. Thanks

Hotel lacks professionalism in all way. Bed sheets and bathroom were not clean. Only positive is the spacious room.

It was horrible sty there. No proper. Killing waiting to get anything. Even mineral water. No proper water in toilet. Lights were damaged. The whole property is in its dying stage.

Its close to many spot area mostly you can complete by walk. Before book this hotel i do read review mix reaction but if they proactive would be good. Free breakfast i think should make more variety

This property grossly lack maintainance of ac, bathroom fittings, furniture etc. They are only using location advantage and milking money from customer bookings without bothering to maintain the propety

The stay was terrible, the staff didn't have the basic manners to listen to their customers and resolve their issue.
We had mosquitoes in room and upon calling hotel to resolve the issue they said we can't do anything.
They charge so much for the room but don't provide service of that level.
The breakfast buffet was included in our stay but everyday the food was cold and had so limited option that it is better to not pay for it.
