The stay was good, Clean rooms and toilet. Breakfast could be better. Over all the property is ok to stay.

Quiet centrally located and also not very far from Airport. Nice food available till late night in the Hotel

Whether I was looking to explore local cultural spots, enjoy nature walks, or visit popular shopping areas, everything was within a short drive or even walking distance in some cases. The surrounding views were breathtaking, providing a sense of escape without being too far from everything I needed. Food: 4.5/5 The food at the property was a true highlight. Each meal was freshly prepared, and there was a wide variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary needs. The breakfast buffet, in particular, stood out with its diverse selection—from fresh pastries to hot items like scrambled eggs and local specialties. The restaurant’s à la carte dinner menu also impressed with its carefully crafted dishes. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the local ingredients added an authentic touch to the meals. The only reason I didn’t give it a perfect score was that a few of the items seemed a little repetitive across days, but the overall dining experience was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. The concierge was particularly helpful, offering great recommendations for local excursions and arranging transportation. Housekeeping was thorough and timely, ensuring my room was always spotless, and special requests were met promptly. The staff's genuine warmth and professionalism truly made the experience feel personalized and luxurious.

The stay as always was great in renai with amazing room quality. I had an early check in because of my early flight but the team ensured that i get my tea before the travel which was just amazing. Keep up the good work

Very poor response from the room service. We had to wait a long time for their reply for the order after check out we had two calls from the front office 1)that we had not handed over the key. Then after some time they verified and found out the key 2) thatbwe have not paid the food bill. Then after checking with the person on duty, the replied that its done and the allegation was due to their improper documentation it a sort of insult to us when they said we left without paying the dues and without returning the key they have not given us the final bill till now. Sorry. We cannot recommend this stay.
