Hai, suddenly i book the room at 6 am. In that time unfortunately i don't check the check in time. I go to hotel and they said that only check in time is 12 pm. I request them to i will pay you some extra money for early check in. They don't accept it. Unfortunately there is no refund for cancellation. So i go to another hotel and pay money for stay 5 hrs. After that i check in on correct time. Also i check out today before 12 pm. My check out time is 8 30 am. Thankyou. When the amount will refund. ?

It was nice stay. Comfortable. Good room. Good food. Professional front office staff. But when we entered the premise the security staff staff was very arrogant. He said given me instructions to park the vehicle somewhere outside. Telling us their parking ground is outside the hotel. I requested him to show me the place to park vehicle. But he was pointing it in a vague manner. When i told him we will be checking out in the morning 7, he allowed me to park the vehicle in the garage. But there was no assistance from him to park the vehicle. I parked the car with very difficulty in a congested area. I am surprised why a very experienced hotel is keeping such an arrogant guy. First impression was very bad. When we did not get a warm welcome from the beginning, we will think twice to take this room next time.

Good ambience and worthy for money 💰..Well maintained and professional staffs. Room is spacious and one extra bed also there. highly recommend and a good 3*premium property in less budget

Terrible experience. Bedsheets and towels were smelling badly. No AC Remote/controls in the room. Called for AC remote 3 times and nobody responded. Waited around 30 minutes for checkin in reception area even though I called and informed the arrival time hours before...
