The room was clean and secure and the bathroom was also fine, but the bed was terrible in all ways, the springs of the mattress were literally touching my back while lying on the bed. The towel provided wasn't like a clean one. Also the bed sheet had some stains on it. Even though it was worth the offer price we get. I didn't take any photos

Room maintenance very poor, i booked ac, but ac was not cool, mosquito bites inside room until morning, best not to book this hotel instead can sleep railway station, poor

It's really good to stay in new as tourist home. The cleanliness in the room is very good. I enjoyed my stay in new as tourist home.

We didn't get the location on google. It's difficult to get there. But customer service was excellent. He called me every time for helping to find out the location. After we failed to find out the location, he came there for help. But the room is not good. The wall of the room is full of black dots, and the bathroom door is not tight to the ground; hence the noise is more in the room.

I stayed here for 2 days. It was very comfortable stay and staffs were very helpful. Neat and clean rooms.
