We stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family 訂房網站. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk. The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine. Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

Great hotel, decent price, comfortable and clean. Only thing that can be approved is the room service

The hotel is near to the train station, main roads as well. It is easily to arrive to attraction spots around the city.

Sidra Pristine Hotel & Portico Halls I recently stayed at Hotel Pristine Sidra and had a mixed experience that leaned more toward the positive, though with a few disappointments. Reception & Check-in: Our stay started on a slightly sour note. We arrived early from Bangalore, hoping for an early check-in. While I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, the reception staff was not very accommodating or helpful. Despite waiting for over three hours, we weren’t allowed to check in even 30 minutes before the official 2 PM time. The staff at the front desk seemed rigid and unwelcoming, with “No” being their most frequently used word. This part of the experience definitely needs improvement. Breakfast: On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. A good variety of options, fresh ingredients, and great taste made mornings enjoyable. It was one of the highlights of our stay. Swimming Pool: The rooftop swimming pool was a letdown. It’s quite small and not well-maintained, which was disappointing considering the otherwise decent amenities. Location: The hotel scores high on location. Situated in the heart of the city, it offers easy access to metro stations, train services, and other key areas, making it very convenient for travelers. Housekeeping: Housekeeping was good—the rooms were clean, and the staff was prompt and courteous in their service. Overall Experience: While there were some excellent aspects like the breakfast and location, the poor reception experience and underwhelming pool facilities brought down the overall impression. I’m happy with the stay overall, but I wouldn’t choose to return, as it didn’t quite meet my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Great way to start the day. Would definitely return!
