A very interesting concept of a villa with only 9 rooms. All rooms are spacious. It's a little dated and the bedsheet had a little bit of a strain on it But overall a pleasant stay. Kluang is a nice rustic place with trekking paths up to Gunung Lambak so those who like hiking can go

Good location, big rooms, high ceiling, there is no question and no competition which decent hotel to stay in when in Kluang, aircon is abit weird with its settings but overall very nice and clean beds

Generally acceptable, but the swimming pool was occupied by a kids' swimming class, making it very crowded, and they were quite unfriendly.

Overall ok, hotel a bit run down but in average acceptable. The Armsterdem room has that smell, from the water drainage is not good the whole room has that bad smell. Bottled water was not provided in Santorini room, we called to send the water, without asking or checking properly, the front desk asked us check carefully in the room and water is provided somewhere in the room............ We looked and confirmed no water provided before we called front desk. The service needs a bit improvement there. With that price paid in that area I would expect a better service ...
