Hotel Anika是居鑾小鎮地標性酒店，地點方便，附近都有好多老字號美食，我們來參與孩子的籃球賽，來回球場酒店、交通順暢，地點很是方便。

每次來居鑾爬山都會住這邊。物超所值，只是這次入住因外面風大，房間內的窗戶都會砰砰響，有點惱人。熱水蠻熱且水壓蠻大的，爬完山泡澡蠻舒服的。

Hotel Anika everything is good except moving traffic can be heard clearly in the night and the hotel breakfast can skip. Breakfast no varieties can skip and eat outside.

The lady whom check us in was great, very service oriented. Unlike the morning shift lady who attended to us, has no initiative. Cobweb in the room, inform the receptionist upon check out. Stained on the bedsheet cover, did not take picture.

Hotel Anika Kluang is located within eateries and malls. It's comfortable with a minor issue with a dead cockroach found near the mini bar fridge area. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort are there. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time and was pleased to find that the cleanliness of the room and the strong shower water pressure were just as good as before. The air-conditioning kept the room comfortably cool throughout my stay. The location is great—there are several well-known eateries nearby, and Mountain Lambak is only a short drive away. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

We were given another room after the air con in the first room could not be controlled. Happy with the room and the full amenities given. Free parking and good location were additional plus points.

Room was bigger than i expected which was great! We got a balcony and it was nice to be able to see the sunset and sunrise from there. There was still food left in the fridge from its previous occupants, but other than that the stay was pretty pleasant. 😊

Excellent location; within walking distance to lots of food places and kluang railway station. Mountain View from room. Key drawbacks - smoking smell despite request for non-smoking room. Cleanliness can be improved. Not enough charging points in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful though.
