Had a little hiccup during check in as receptionist stated that they don't accept booking from 訂房網站 Once provide more details on the booking they accepted the booking. Lots of amenities missing. No kettle to boil hot water, even had to receive 2 bottle of mineral waters from the reception, Toilet flush is broken. Had to open the toilet flush cover in order to be able to flush. Overall, hotel condition looks poor and need lots of maintenance. Not recommended for future stay

The Superior suite room so call is very shabby n run down. No telephone in room .Bed mattress is soft n sunken .TV not working call staff but cannot assit.Toilet taps not working n hot water system is cold. Bed rest torn here and there.Staff not helpful.Hotel appearance run down. Trip should not list the hotel room for sale.Really will tarnish Trip image. Not cheap paid Singapore dollar 60.00 per night..Not worth one cent.

I want to complain our experience in anika hotel. Specially the lady in the front desk. She mad and shout on us and saying something bad things and she's talking to us like we are working there her responsibility being a front desk is she question to us why we not do it.
