    I can tell this is really the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Its so dirty!!!! I got bitten by bed bugs and can’t sleep for the whole night, i visited clinic the next day due to worsening pain and itchiness. Paying extra for this nonsense!!!! This really ruin my mood!!!

    This hotel is situated next door to Kluang Riverview hotel and connected with the same parking lots. I would definitely give a 4 star experience staying in this hotel. I booked a superior king room for 2 nights and my overall stay is very much pleasant. Room is spacious and clean, and to my surprise, the AC was already on prior to my arrival and I stepped in to the room feeling cold (much needed due to hot weather outdoor). Bed and pillows are super comfy too. Receptionist was welcoming and friendly and despite the old design, this hotel is very comfortable and location is very strategic. Recommended for you and your family if you are here in Kluang town.

    The location is very strategic which is next to the Bus Terminal. However there are few demerits during our 2D1N stay. From the first entering the toilet tho it is cleaned but very smelly, maybe due to the drainage system is not being maintained properly. The bedsheet and pillow also have unpleasant smell. The receptionist duh.. dont let me start it. Very rude and annoying. How can a front desk staff show such cold gesture while welcoming the guests 🙄. After coming back from breakfast suddenly our door cannot open while it still half an hour before check out time. When I'm asking the staff why the door cannot open he rudely said checkout 1130 which is stated in the platform BEFORE 1200. Sadly, not going to choose this hotel ever again. Thanks for the "welcoming" gesture.

    Not bad Aircorn , WiFi, Water pressure ok Hotel is not in the central of city but still consider ok .Have to walk about to look for the food and Kluang mall

    The location is quite good, but overall experience was disappointing. The room cleanliness and service need improvement, and the facilities are rather basic. The breakfast was very poor — I recommend not taking the breakfast package.

    I stayed at this hotel for my business 訂房網站 for only a night. The room was so so but still quite cozy. And the location was quite strategic with walking distance to Kluang Mall and bus terminal. The only downsides were no water heater and the breakfast buffet had very limited selection.
