衞生很好，房間都很乾凈，樓下lobby設施也很多，酒店東西也很不錯，地點也好，靠近市區，服務態度好，裝修也很新，也是那種黑白風格的，衹是房間外的走廊燈很暗

The room we had was on the highest floor facing lovely view of Gunung Lambak. Hotel was opened for 2 months so everything is new. Room is well sized but just 2 feedbacks- 1) hanging for clothes not quite sufficient 2) would be good to have a small mirror at dressing table as I was literally walking back and forth to the tall mirror to get make up done. Parking is free with overnight guard on watch. Had a chance to chat with the hotel owner who are really nice local offering lots of information where to eat etc. Will certainly stay here again when back to visit Kluang.

Recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Bilik selesa , tandas selesa , semua bersih . Yang paling best tv ada Netflix walaupun kena log in akaun sendiri . Layan sambil baring . Staff dari kaunter reception hingga cleaner semua friendly . Ada lift , tak risau kalau ada parents yang uzur . Boleh bawa welchair. Parking pun luas . Next time boleh repeat 😄

The location wise is ok, with private parking lots. The room is not big, simplebut no fridge. The only issue is early in the morning ppl talking at the corridor, open & shut the door very loud, soundproof is very bad. I can’t sleep after 7am.

I think it is a new hotel with new reno. Colourful neon kind of interior, considered a unique hotel for me, after travelling so many hotels in Kluang. Definitely 1 more the best. Highly recommended.
