I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Tuwuh Malang. The hotel is exceptionally clean and everything is well-maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide warm service that makes you feel comfortable. The price is also quite reasonable considering the comfort and facilities offered. Its location is convenient, making it easy to reach various attractions in Malang.

I booked this hotel for my family. The location is good. It's near Kayutangan and other must-visit places in Malang. However, the staff needed to improve their service. As an example, they didn't inform the wifi password upon arrival. Due to limited parking space, the security officers informed us to leave our car key, but forgot to ask the other guests, so we should wait before we can go out from the parking lot. We think it's better and safer if the guests keep the car key in the receptionist desk and registered the car identity number.

Clasic hotel, mau cari kamar dengan bathtub jadul ya disini. Semua jadul. Tinggal bagaimana management nya memaintain kondisi saat ini yg cukup “tua”

這是本次旅途的第二晚住宿，位於瑪琅市中心，幾乎最市中心，沒有之一，隔壁就是著名的遺產酒店TU GU HOTEL（也是個內部可以參觀的博物館酒店）再外邊就是當地最主要廣場TU GU SQUARE，我住的房間150都不到一晚，含雙早，該酒店最大缺點是房間太舊，空調等設備噪音明顯，但該酒店更多的是加分，要打高分9分，酒店內，走廊，門頭，內部擺設等，充滿濃郁的爪哇風情，坐塌，皮影image，老照片，文字等，已開便知就是很當地的酒店，而非所謂“現代化”酒店，兩人間床有些窄，房間內的傢俱顯然也有不少年份，房間約20平米左右，不寬敞，衞生間也是老式的浴缸陳設而非如今以淋浴為主的衞生間設備；早餐又是個驚喜，熱菜，熱湯，西式的麵包等，米飯，炒飯，甜品（紅豆椰奶西米露）水果，咖啡，茶等都有，這早餐也是加分項，也為該酒店的小結得出結論，“超值”！

Kindly check the reviews before you make reservation. Most of the photos regarding the hotel are old. The reviews from the past will speak the truths. However, the kitchen and restaurant teams serve well, this is what impressed me a lot and would like to thank them. So, if you choose to book this hotel, be well prepared to stay as well as eat like a local.
