The cleanliness could definitely be improved, we had to change room because of the dirty floor and then request clean bedding in our new room due to dirty sheets. But overall the rooms were nice and the location was perfect

This hotel was great for the money. Good food. Great staff. I don’t think it was in the Best place, but it wasn’t the worst either . There is a couple of fruit stands, right outside of the hotel, which was great to have. The hotel is nice and spacious.  Easy access for taxi pickup.

Malang 大皇宮酒店位於市中心邊上位置還算可以一出酒店大門口右手邊就有很多路邊攤印尼小吃攤也有當地水果攤如吃的慣印尼歺還是很不錯的。 酒店大堂設計的不夠大體客房也不多而且房間很小，衞生還可以而衞生間的配置太少了衹有牙刷肥皂都沒有很不適合商務客戶

The front of the place looks like a palace. Have really nice courtyard rooms. Our bathroom was not clean, you could see old piss down the toilet and a dried pee puddle at the bottom of the toilet. Otherwise the room was nice.

Great location and fantastic value for money. The hotel looks great but it is very affordable. The staff were great; friendly and a great service. The room was comfortable and cleaned to a very high standard.
