Fantastic hotel. Good service. Italian restaurant: overpriced Spa: extremely overpriced Staff very polite and helpful Noise in the morning outside due to some Muslim pray Will I return to that hotel? Yes, but without ask for any extras. We ask for a car service from the airport , we paid double of the normal price. (Later, we compared different GRAB driver and travel agents)

Menginap di hotel Shalimar menjadi pengalaman yang luar biasa. Kamarnya nyaman, bersih dan lengkap fasilitasnya, sampai ada sajian snack khas Malang disediakan di dalam kamar. Menu sarapan juga banyak variasinya, dan enak. Hotelnya tidak luas tapi sejuk. Sayangnya tempat parkir mobil kurang luas. Secara keseluruhan, hotel Shalimar sangat direkomendasikan utk menjadi pilihan menginap di kota Malang.

We had our quality rest here, the bed is comfortable and love the compliment snacks. We love the ambience of the lighting. And as well as strong water pressure to wash away all the fatigue. Tasteful interior with historical background, we enjoy our stay here!
