ac nya nggak dingin padahal udah di maksimal suhunya, service baguss, staff ramah, lokasi strategis. overall puas, hanya perlengkapan seperti tissue wajah tidak ada dan masalah ac saja. suara dari luar kamar juga terdengar jelas

Tired and damp and mouldy rooms. Bar advertised. But no bar available. Staff don’t know how to smile. Only the security guard seemed happy to work there. The breakfast is served cold. But not as cold as the staff. Rooms are not clean. Aircon is weak. And the towels smell. The fixtures in the bathroom are almost falling off the wall. The mirror in my bathroom was cracked. Dirty walls that need paint. It’s a horrible hotel. With staff who don’t care. And don’t smile. And don’t help. Stay somewhere else.
