Stayed 2 nights here for a competition held at KSL Mall. The check-in process was very helpful and fast. Room is cosy and comfortable with room WiFi. The hotel is attached to the mall... So it is very convenient and with ample parking. House keeping was quite efficient too. Returned to my room in late noon with a tidy bed and cleaned up room. Breakfast wise, choices were quite good. Fusion buffet breakfast. Last but not least, there is a 24 hours 7 Eleven convenience store near the hotel lobby

客戶説這個酒店是周邊最好的了，位置有點偏，不過下面是MALL，吃飯購物還是很方便的。商場中的外幣兌換的的匯率不錯，要比機場和吉隆坡市中心的外幣兌換點的好多了。晚上睡覺空調聲音比較大。早餐很一般。

Helpful desk. Clean room. Comfortable bed. However the water pump was a bit spoilt but did not affect my bathing. Parking is free until 1 Sept 2025 which will charge RM1 per entry. Gym access at believe fitness at Ksl esplanade mall next door to get complimentary voucher from front desk. Overall satisfied.

The Room very clean and tidy. The breakfast has many choices, I love it. The parking is a bit confusing but their staff very friendly and helpful also the security. The hotel is nearby shopping complex. Love to stay in this hotel. Will definitely comeback again.

Terrible lift, throughout the whole stay, time of waiting lift almost 1hr. 4lift, working very very slow, hotel seems not ready to serve so many guest. Crowded and not enjoy stay. Booked 3rooms, even deluxe no different with superior room. Stairs not working. Rushing time no option, just to wait lift, late for appointment.
