I am a hotelier myself and usually I don't comment if I have nothing good to say. But, on this stay, I must voice my sincere feelings. The reception area was filthy with trash. The rooms corridor was filthy The TV didn't work at all and when I reported to the desk I was told the WiFi is not working. The bathroom was filthy. I was given the room at the very end on the ground floor and the noise coming from the back alley kept me awake, let alone, the garbage collectors noise early in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. And the lady at the desk who checked me in also checked me out. She must be pulling two shift hours and yet she was courteous, and friendly. On the whole it was an unpleasant stay- thanks to 訂房網站.com!!
