    Friendly, good value, waking distance to historic centre and several good restaurants. But no breakfast, and nowhere open nearby before 09h00 except a Lawson and a small Nepalese Cafe. Bonus: hotel, surprisingly, has a good onsen on the 8th floor. 10 minute bus ride from station. Hotel and Tourist Office are both adjacent to the bus terminal.
