基奇納-滑鐵盧皇冠假日酒店 (Crowne Plaza KITCHENER-WATERLOO by IHG)

這次入住基奇納-滑鐵盧的皇冠假日酒店，體驗非常完美。酒店地理位置優越，無論商務出行還是休閑旅遊都十分便利。房間寬敞明亮，設計現代且注重細節，床品舒適度高，讓我一夜安眠。衞浴設施潔凈，水壓充沛。員工服務專業且富有熱情，從辦理入住到離店都感受到了IHG品牌的高標準。酒店的餐飲和健身設施也保持了高水準。無論是出差還是探索周邊，這裡都是無可挑剔的選擇，強烈推薦！

The room was clean but quite outdated, with a musty odor, reminiscent of damp towels. The bed and pillows were comfortable, which was a plus. However, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided. The coffee machine in the room had water pooled in the tray, likely from the previous guest's usage and it appeared never have been cleaned. Additionally , there was no hot water kettle or bottled water provided in the room which was disappointing.  The lobby, corridors, and other public areas had a strong smell of bleach, which was overwhelming. The buffet breakfast was a highlight. For CAD$20, it offered a wide selection, and the quality was excellent, making it a great value. Service was a bit of a mixed bag. Restaurant staff, especially Erica, was fantastic—attentive, polite, and thoughtful. She checked in with every guest to ensure they were satisfied with their meal. Unfortunately, some of the male staff seemed to be less eager to serve non-Caucasian guests, which was disappointing and made the experience feel less welcoming. I also want to give a special mention to Chitra at reception. I arrived early, and she went out of her way to accommodate me, even managing to arrange an early check-in. She also informed me about the late check-out benefit available to IHG members, which the other male receptionist had not explained when he simply rejected my request. Overall, the hotel is somewhat pricey, but the breakfast and service (especially from Erica and Chitra) made up for some of the other shortcomings.

So, the leading positive is the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant -Aqua. Decent selection and good quality. Fresh omelet station. It is generally an add-on or a slightly higher room cost when included. The front desk service was friendly. Parking is expensive at $12 per day down a back alley and under a low concrete parkade roof - max height of just over 6 feet. Limited parking available. Service for cleaning making up the room is the decided downfall here. We placed the Grey- please make up the room card on the door each morning before departing. First day, nothing by 5:00pm. First room attendant in the hall - not my assigned room, second attendant - not my room, third attendant - not my room. Pattern? Finally, someone bothered to take ownership and brief a supervisor? to request someone. I'm not sure about the purpose of the signs since clearly they are meaningless. Two days later, a Saturday...same thing. 4:30 pm and still no service. I mean, we are content with towels and coffee pods, but you need to find someone first to even achieve that... A couple of the last days, the room attendant was very good and friendly. Last day, 28c out, and a/c stopped working. Not optimal. Only one of the two front elevators is in service, and that one was not functioning on one day. Overall, it was a very average experience. It was a bit of a let-down for a Crowne Plaza, particularly when the hotel was never particularly busy during our 7 night stay.

酒店位置優越交通方便

Beds were comfortable and the standard room was fine but there are other hotels that have nicer accommodations at a lower price. The parking is in a dingy covered parking lot and $12 a day. The balcony was so small.it is almost unusable and when standing outside there was garbage that should be cleaned up. I was expecting nicer accommodations as I thought this was a higher class hotel. The overall stay was fine but was expecting more.

有點是床很舒適，利於睡眠，洗護用品好用；缺點是衞生間太小，酒店比較老，尤其是地毯和電梯無時無刻提醒酒店的年份。

房間冷氣特別足，房間設施一般，價格偏高，也許趕上開學季，提前預訂還可以，當時訂房價格比較高，很常見西式早餐

The hotel offers a generally pleasant stay, but there were a few issues during my visit. The building was very cold on all floors, likely due to a malfunctioning central heater. I also noticed visible signs of wear and tear, particularly water hardness corrosion on the showerhead. Although I requested some utensils for personal use, they were never provided. Additionally, there was no complimentary water or toiletries (toothbrush/paste) available. On a positive note, the food at the restaurant was exceptional—delicious and full of flavor!

酒店該有的樣子。衞生上還算行吧，起碼看起來床單是新的。衞生間小，洗臉枱非常緊湊，放不下東西。房間是陽台門，但實際沒陽台那種，門打不開的，可以理解為了安全。Kitchener 本來就是很小的小鎮，King St.是主街，這個酒店就在這條主街的南端的一個十一路口，靠著一個有軌電車車站。吃的嘛，這個小鎮可能披薩，漢堡水平比較好，反正吃了一家評分4.3的越南米粉，後悔，估計選擇少所以評分高。

酒店位置不錯，🈶bus，電車，附近有超市，一元店，值得推薦很多小商品。 房間空調太吵，室內安裝的。房間隔音不是很好。走道有一種奇怪味道。
