    酒店服務很周到，我的耳機遺忘在酒店，酒店在第一時間與我聯繫，並反覆確認地址，儘快郵寄到了我的手裡，酒店是新裝修，樓層有咖啡和茶及飲用水24小時提供，住的也很舒服，值得推薦

    백마팔방 버스너미널과 아주 가까운 위치라 나가노나 사루쿠라등산입구로 움직이기 편해요. 직원중 한국분이 계셔서 너무 편했어요. 시설은 연대감이 있습니다만 깨끗해요. 등산시 짐보관도 해주셔서 도움이 되었어요.

    The hotel was cozy and close to happo-one resort, the happo bus station, and a few ski/snowboard equipment rentals. I stayed in a traditional tatami room - I enjoy sleeping on the mats with just a comforter but there were mattresses available in the closet for those who prefer it. The best part of my stay was the customer service. I had to drop some luggage off before check-in to hit the slopes, and when I returned, not only was my room ready for me, my luggage was taken up as well. In the evening another staff member enthusiastically help me set up the ironing machine as I needed to quickly steam a shirt, and provided recommendations on places to eat. Highly recommend a stay at great value

    位置很好，就在八方尾根附近，停車也很方便和寬敞，前台服務很熱情，介紹滑雪場晚上的營業時間。Lobby lounge很cozy，但是public bath不太行，基本上沒見到有人用，泡湯還是去附近的八方尾根溫泉，又便宜又好

    Comfortable stay with helpful front desk staff. Floor a little creaky and bathroom really small. Room size was adequate though. Location is good with heating throughout the hotel. It gets dark around 430pm in the winter and the Happo One ski resort closes at 330pm.

    Unforgettable memory in Hakuba, hotel location is close to Happon one cable car (walkable). Staff is super superrrrrrr support and friendly. 100% recommend to stay.

    There was free shuttle bus service from Hakuba station. The staff was so nice to accommodate changes in our travel schedule.
