魔法時刻兒童俱樂部度假村 (Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club)

非常臟，他們把垃圾袋放在床上導致我全身過敏，答應換床單也沒換。我們當晚就退房走人了。

We had an amazing stay at Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club! After spending our first night here, the kids didn’t want to leave and asked to stay for a second night. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked during check-out. However, later that day, a room became available, and we were thrilled to be able to extend our stay. Upon check-in, I was asked for a $100 deposit via credit card. However, I hadn’t received the deposit back from the previous night. The incredibly friendly check-in staff immediately checked and "reused" the deposit from the first night. At checkout, the deposit was refunded promptly, and it appeared in my European account just minutes later. The second stay was just as fantastic as the first. The staff is incredibly kind, and we had a different room this time, which was just as clean and in excellent condition. The breakfast was once again wonderful, with a slightly different selection compared to the previous day. The hotel staff works tirelessly to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. This morning, due to Christmas, we were surprised with a visit from Mickey Mouse, who danced a few Christmas songs with the kids and posed for photos with them. It’s clear that this hotel is all about family, friendship, and a lot of love. Once again, a well-deserved 10+ and a Merry Christmas to all the staff! ディズニーに近く、少し歩きますがシャトルバスもあります！シャトルバスは結構停留所が多いので急ぎで行きたい方はUberがおすすめです。

新裝修了的，挺不錯。前台小姐姐人很好，很有耐心

L'hotel en general est bien et le concept pour les enfants est bien mais le dejeuner est tres pauvre en options et les chambres dhotel sont nettoyer seulement chaque 3 jours.

酒店很大很方便，餐飲比普通的美式更為豐富，洗衣房很便利，可以刷卡洗衣，3.5美金單一次洗或烘，安靜和親子活動需求的推薦入住。

Perfecto para familias

The staff provided excellent service — the front desk team and cafeteria personnel were all friendly and attentive. However, the breakfast included in the room rate was deeply disappointing: boiled eggs that seemed straight out of the year 2000, soggy steamed vegetables, rubbery meatballs, and low-quality cereals. The only edible options were bread and Mickey Mouse waffles, but even those fell short since there was no butter, bacon, ham, or cheese available. The room cleanliness was also a concern. The floors had not been vacuumed, and the bed sheets appeared to be dirty — or at minimum, not freshly laundered.

The breakfast was normal. Room was normal. Price was cheap.
