布納湖南維斯塔智選假日套房酒店 (Holiday Inn Express & Suites S LAKE BUENA VISTA by IHG)

房間整體比較寬敞，酒店有免費的泳池。距離環球影城30分鐘左右的車程，酒店有接駁車到環球，迪士尼，sea word等地方，票價為來回票5美元每人。

The customer service provided by Nicolas was very poor; his attitude was extremely arrogant. I was assigned the wrong room three times, and it took an hour before I was finally given the correct one—even though I had paid for a room with a pool view, which I never actually received. Nicolas was very rude; he spoke to us with a bad attitude and practically threw the room key card at me in a dismissive manner. As for the room itself, the curtain was broken and wouldn't go down, and the sofa was damaged. I was extremely displeased.

初めてのフロリダディズニーワールドで、こちらに宿泊させていただきました。送迎トラブルで夜中というか明け方に到著しましたが、スムースにチェックインできました、 こちらはディズニーワールドやユニバまで無料のシャトルバスが出ています。私はディズニーワールド４パークを1日ずつ行こうと思っていたので、こちらに5泊しました。 時間的に8時40分発のハリウッドスタジオ行きが便利だったので、毎日この便を予約。ロビーに受付のデスクがありますので、そちらで攜帯の翻訳を使って、予約しました。デスクの方がいる時といない時があったので、朝7時半くらいに朝食をとる前後にデスクを見たら擔當者がいたので，その時間を使って利用しました。部屋番號、名前等をメモに書いてと言われるので、記入して渡すと、そこから予約して、受付レシートをくださいます。そのレシートをシャトルバスの運転手に渡して乗車しました。ハリウッドスタジオからアニマルキングダム、エプコット、マジックキングダムまでもスカイライナーやバスで移動できるので、便利です。パークホッパーチケット利用していたので、マジックキングダムとアニマルキングダムへのバスが10時以降しか出ていないので、毎回１時間だけハリウッドスタジオで遊んでから移動していました。 帰りはエプコットから、21時半にホテルまでのバスが來るので、それを利用。 朝食はあまり期待できないですが、無料で食べられるので、毎朝いただきました。スクランブルエッグやオムレツ、ソーセージ、パン、シリアル、ヨーグルトなど。種類はあまり多くありません。ドリンクはアップル、オレンジ、水、何だっけ？グレープフルーツなど。 受付カウンター橫には簡易的な売店もあります。水が800円弱で驚きましたが、物価が高いからしょうがないですよね・・・ ホテルの方々も親切でした。 ベッドが悽く寢心地よくて最高でした！お風呂も湯船がついているので、ゆっくりできて、よかったです！シャワーは固定されてて、動かないタイプですが、お湯はきちんと出ました。部屋も広くて過ごしやすかったです！

First of all, I will say that every staff member that I spoke with was very kind and reasonable. When we first arrived, we were able to check in at a decent time which I greatly appreciated. However, once entering the room, it had a very odd smell to it as if it was trying to cover up a very nasty smell with air freshener. It was heavily perfume or heavily Febreze. The bathroom has a very weird smell as if water from the pipes have went onto the wood underneath the sink and possibly creating a very odd smell. I believe all bathrooms may have this smell because once I went to another room, the restroom had a very similar smell. The bedding is always checked when we go stay at a hotel we always look at the bedding and the sheets. The sheets were extremely dirty. They had random stains on them, different brown rust or black colored crumbs, hair from male and female. The floor near the air-conditioning unit was wet. The floor in general looked as if it was never swept or vacuumed. Once I brought it to the front desk, ladies attention, she wanted to rectify it immediately, which I greatly appreciate. I showed her pictures that I took of the room and let her know that instead of someone coming to clean it, I would prefer to move to a different room and if we had to wait to do that, I was OK with that as well. She agreed and she did not have me wait long. I ended up moving to a different floor and a different room once entering that room as I stated above, the bathroom had a very similar smell, which causes me to believe it’s either the shower curtains or the wood underneath the sink or a mixture of both which causes that smell generally, the room was in a better condition as far as the sheets, the bedding and the floor it still did seem honestly, as if it was halfway cleaned the vibe that I was receiving from the rooms with that it was a lot on the housekeepers plate and they just wanted to do a quick clean so that it looked as if the old guests have left instead of doing a deep or clean, which would have made it seem more presentable to someone like me that pays Attention to the big and small details, such as hair on the bed or stains On the bed or crumbs in an area that could’ve easily been swept up. Besides that the property does offer two separate pools one that is more on the family friendly side the other that has a bar which could be more for the adult side. I did appreciate that they had a movie playing on the bar side for kids and it was actually very enjoyable. They also have a basketball court and breakfast every morning.  We went down to breakfast the first morning that we stayed there. It was not too much of our liking to the point where we felt we had to get down there early for the rest of the nights of our 訂房網站. They had sausage premade omelettes a Mickey Mouse waffle maker, which is very cute for kids. They ran out of yogurt, so no yogurt and they did have boiled eggs, but they were previously Peeled and placed in an egg holder in a refrigerator. I felt was a bit unsanitary because other people could touch your egg that was already peeled and I hopped it out for not getting any of those. They did not have many options for someone that is more on the healthier eating side, and all of the items were clearly premade or frozen  If you have a lot of kids or you are coming with a large family, this would be very ideal to feed all of them however, we are used to having cooked to order breakfast such as at the Embassy suites and it just wasn’t to our liking. Overall, the day was OK. It is a 100% non-smoking property however I saw about two or three people smoking cigarettes outside of the breakfast area closer to the pool which was a bit frustrating because when we were trying to find seating for breakfast for the little we did decide to get on our plate, we had to sit in between two people that were smoking a cigarette, and we ended up having to just get up and walk away.

We enjoyed our stay! Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included with our stay was phenomenal. The staff is friendly from check-in to check-out. The cafeteria staff is outstanding, special kudos to Amor!
