百匯度假村酒店 (Vacation Village Orlando, Celebration)

房間挺大，距離迪士尼不遠，有游泳池，性價比不錯。

非常好的房間，帶廚房客廳！下次出差還是選擇這裡！

Very clean hotel, great location to Disney parks

This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter. We had a blast!! The rooms are really nice, very clean! The staff are friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! I was able to book an extra night in the same room after my booking was already confirmed! Kimberly at the guest checking counter took very good care of me. The location of this is very convenient since it is pretty much close to everything such as theme parks, stores and plenty of places to eat! This is a must visit type of place!

We were treated like 2nd class citizens. I’m in a wheelchair and we have stayed here many times. In fact I used to own at MiSNER and they asked us to move here.  They showed us a room in building 20. It was perfect we stayed a number of years in that building and I always phoned ahead. Told them my situation and it was always on record.    Life changed.  Vacation Village has been sold to people who clearly don’t give a rats ass about customers with disabilities.  When I phoned, never an answer. Than when we got here, the BS started. Sorry sir no room in building 20.  Oh really. I knew it was a load of crap but hey, when you’re the victim on the other side off the desk, take it buddy. So here in building 12. Unit is smaller but durable. 1st floor. Balcony and right across from the smoking zone. Of the pool. Unbelievable.  Then, handicap unit, no shower chair, no frying pan, no tea towel. They delivered all of that.  But will I return? Vacation village Parkway?  Not likely,    Here’s another part of the story. Got a call in November and sold us 2 nights, 3 days if we came for a visit. Ok, paid about $100 and tried to book it just before our check in. Oh sorry sir but the day you want to come our staff won’t be there.  PARDON , there’s sales staff there all the time. I told them I booked 10 days, slot me in anytime and we’ll do the visit. Sorry sir, it has to be on our schedule. What a joke. So they took my money and I have nothing to show for. Ask me if I ever pay these scammers another cent. I’ll use what I own but my love for these clowns now sits at zero.    So when people ask how do I enjoy Vacatia,  I tell people, stay away from that group,  they have managed to ruin a good thing into an operating DISASTER.  SINCERELY  RALPH SCHOLTENS

Room had roaches, and they let an unknown man access our booked room full of girls, no knocking, no introducting himself just opening the door unwanted and unwarranted while we were all still getting dressed

É a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel e Recomendo muito pois a estrutura do quarto e do hotel são excelentes… tem uma estrutura de apart hotel, com fogão, geladeira, lava louças, maquina de lavar Roupa e de secar, enfim ficaria com certeza mais vezes

I have so many things to say right now, but I’m trying to get through to 訂房網站 to make sure that they fix this and that the hotel fixes everything that they did wrong. It was really bad.
