Hi The stay was pleasant. The unit was good when we entered, the air conditioning was working well. We did not use the kitchen utensils as we brought our own water heater. Except for the temporary blackout, the master bedroom bathroom shower drainage was choke, water drained very-very slow.. Overall we enjoyed the stay with a good view from the balcony. The house cleaniness really need to improved. The sink is stuck, water outflow is slow. Even the utensils is oilly and pot is oilly also. The bedsheet got stains and toilet didn't clean properly. I wouldn't stay here anymore. The sofa foam is sinking also.

The view of the mountain range is magnificent. The swimming pool and Onsen pool is excellent too. Overall stay is great minus the construction chaos happening outside the premises.

Nice place to relaxing with my family. The thing is we need to whatapps to their customer care to get the QR to check in. Need to prepare IC and deposit.. Other than this all good and comfartable. Walking distant to lost world

Good location as it is next to sunway lost world tambun. My kids can enjoy longer hours without rushing. The units was nice and cozy - appreciated the nature view from the unit.

Awesome 訂房網站, easy access to lost world and unit was fully set up with necessary amenities like towel, purifier water & etc.... Really recommend for families and friends
