Pros: 1. Unit next to the swimming pool at ground floor, great view on the pool, very convenient to access 2. All carparks are under roof 3. Aircon is cold enough 4. Relatively fast refund for deposit 5. The pool was fun, very suitable to bring family along. Cons: 1. Absolute horrible hygiene. This single reason would not recommend to stay. Dust everywhere, on the mattress, on the floor, on the fans. My legs practically darken by just walking. Mold smells in the room. WORST, the water filter dispense tiny parts of insects along with the water for few glasses, suspected is cockroaches. Can’t imagine what’s inside the water tank! I would upload the video for view but reckon it be too disgusting. 2. If you’re sensitive to sound, this property is very near to airport, expect to hear and constant view of plane or helicopter passing by. 3. Unit showing PlayStation but we only saw PlayStation controllers.

非常喜愛的一間公寓，取鎖匙十分方便，前幾日已加入whatsapp群組，有教學，並提醒注意事項，如有問題，可即時於whatsam來查詢，房間超大，有三間睡房，兩個廁所，停車位就在大廈前面，非常方便，下次再過來怡保的話，必定會再來租住。

We had a great stay! The house was in good condition—every corner had a fan and aircond, which was super comfy. There’s even a washing machine provided. The best part was our room facing the swimming pool—such a nice view! Most importantly, the host was kind enough to let us have an extra 30 minutes for checkout since my kids were having so much fun in the pool. Really appreciate that! 😊

挺不錯的住宿，房間乾淨沒有灰塵，床褥用品舒適，毛巾質量好，有水機，唯一不好是廁所有點舊，泳池的水質一般。住宿5分鐘車程有AEON，買和吃都方便。

Love the house vibe...It's clean and comfortable quite big and kids friendly..the equipment and playground swimming pool was so helpful..easy to check in and check out the instructions were very clear...absolutely will return to this house if we visit ipoh again

Service Provided from host Excellent. Easy Instructions. Unit Near Entrance and Near Passage to Swimming Pool. House complete with Dinnerware & Cutlery. Most impressive is Host provided Hahal Dinnerware.

Great Stay at Manhattan Waterpark Condo! I recently stayed at Manhattan Waterpark Condo in Ipoh and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The waterpark facilities were a fun bonus for the kids, making it a great place for the family with kids. The location was convenient, with a short drive to all attractions and a short walk to nearby amenities. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay—I would definitely consider coming back! Let me know if you’d like any tweaks!
