Disgusting experience. Rude owner. We were not able to reach Zostel due to road block. They neither postponed our bookings nor cancelled it.

Zostel Chitkul proved to be an excellent stay. The food was great, the manager and the staff are extremely hospitable and helpful. The private rooms are cozy and clean. The view and it's proximity to the river is beneficial. Recommended

Service was excellent, food was awesome, room was good clean and tidy, what else you need in such a place. Check in was quite easy. Staff was very polite and helpful.
