最噁心就是服務，你們過來可以體驗一下剛剛下飛機被他們很無禮的態度對待！吃飯餐廳濾過我們點餐我們去吧枱點的！酒店設施很老舊外面都在施工很壓抑，剛剛下飛機以為定錯了畢竟現在價格挺貴的旅遊旺季！我心情被他們搞的無敵差，酒店連個拖鞋也沒有更不要説洗漱用品，礦泉水要自己購買，我看隔壁都是酒店送的礦泉水，本來想孩子在這裡讀書的因為這些態度我絕對不會讓她獨自面對歧視！也不會來遭受傷害

The hotel is close to Kingston train station and there are a lot of restaurants and shopping outlet around. You can also take a bus to Heathrow. However it is currently having renovation. Some builders will be working in day time.

Good location, close to the river path which is good location for morning exercise. Food is delicious, I love the rib eye so much. However, toilet is a little bit bad feeling for me, the water will pops up when I flushed the toilet. Highly suggest they can add toilet cover which is much hygienble

I booked a two-night stay. The room itself was clean and tidy, and I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water placed at the entrance. Since my stay was short, I requested that housekeeping not service the room daily. However, on the second day, I did not receive any drinking water, which I usually get in other hotels regardless of whether the room is serviced. The biggest issue was the noise. On the first night, I woke up to loud sounds from housekeeping, either cleaning the corridor or nearby rooms. My room was located directly in front of the housekeeping storage area, which made it worse. On the second morning, I was woken up again, this time by loud construction work drilling and hammering walls early in the morning. It seems there was maintenance going on, but the timing was extremely disruptive. Overall, while the room itself was fine, the noise levels and lack of consideration for guest comfort made this one of my worst hotel stays.

It is the first time I stayed in this hotel . I booked two rooms for my family. However, the staff, who helped me check in, didn’t know I booked two rooms ?! How ridiculous!!! Moreover, they separated us in two levels. How would a big company have this service!! In the last three days , no one tidied our room in floor 6!!! Hope they will improve their service.
