Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

From December 23-29, The room ad location was very good, but when I was there I was told we have VIP parking, but on Boxing Night, there was no parking, when we get back, the entire parking lot was full, and the VIP section where we supposed to park was all packed, we have to be driving around for half an hour looking for a spot to park, they have n event there, that I think was over booked because of greed, and they didn’t give a damn who have room there parked. My stay was for 6 nights, Also the breakfast was terrible, uniformed, tough cabbage, not a lot to choose from and this was for 6 days, I’m comparing it with the S Hotel, which is a smaller hotel, their food is so good, every day is a different breakfast and porridge, The Pegasus have to do better, the name and its tenure should say it all, but no. My experience is not a good one, when it comes down to the food and parking.
