no towels, no amenities, no room cleaning (the ladies did come in to change the oil in the heater and to take a table out of the room for some reason), oil heaters that require ventilation, the free shuttle is inconsistent, paying per person not per room, small breakfast option, manager is rude and doesn’t seem to know how to manage his booking system, elevator doesnt work, showers are locked at 10pm. We forfeited our stay 3 days early as we were tired of the unprofessionalism and general conditions. basically paying $100 per night per person to camp. rent a car and stay at any of the other nearby hotels (sbc or red hook). the ski in ski out is not worth the headache.
