Absolute Katastrophe. Telefonisch nicht erreicht am Anreistag. Nur ein (sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin) zum Check in. Dadurch lange Wartezeiten. Im Zimmer fehlte Bettdecke, Kopfkissen. Warum wird ein Zimmer als fertig gemeldet? Umbuchung auf anderes Zimmer dauerte ewig. Frühstücksbuffet total überlaufen. Dadurch auch nicht genug Produkte vorhanden da das Personal nicht nachkam. Sorry, jede Jugendgerberge hat die Abläufe besser im Griff. Die Bar war wegen Personalmangel geschlossen am Abend. Zwischen Bett und Stuhl gibt es zu wenig Platz Siehe Foto

Die Lage des Hotels ist Perfekt. Es gibt in Kiel kaum ein Hotel mit einem besseren Standort. Die Zimmer sind das, was man von Hampton erwarten kann. Frühstück ist gut, aber nicht phänomenal.

Wir waren zu einer Sportveranstaltung in Kiel.Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Am Zimmer und dem Frühstück gibt es absolut nichts auszusetzen.Parken im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus ist nicht zu empfehlen. Kostet pro Tag 24 Euro. Günter aus Düsseldorf der schönsten Stadt am Rhein

Hotel was in chaos when we arrived. Staffing issue with the room cleaners, only one on duty. The reception area was full of guests waiting for their rooms. We eventually got into ours at 18.30 that night. The reception staff were doing their best to keep the guests happy, They were working really hard and were terribly stressed.. Caroline in particular did an amazing job. Our room, when we got into it, was comfortable and reasonably clean. Location is very good, close to the harbour and station. Breakfast was very busy but there was plenty of choice of food and again the catering staff were working very hard. I had the impression that there are some management issues at the hotel. I felt sorry for the staff that were obviously doing their best but needed more support. Having said that it was a good stay for us and Kiel was an interesting and surprisingly lovely place to visit.

Zwar war das Frühstück sehr gut. Aber es gab nur Zimmer ohne Fenster, Lüftung nur über Klimaanlage. Dazu unmoderne Betten mit extremen Federdecken. Für den Preis erwarte ich mehr.

Wir haben in Kiel eine Kreuzfahrt gestartet und sind in Kiel auch wieder angekommen. Die beiden Übernachtungen waren ausgezeichnet gut. Kurze Wege zur Stadt und zum Cruiseterminal. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war top.
