The resort had polite staff but everything else was pathetic. The resort is in desperate need of renovation. Rooms had majority of things broken, chair and chair pillow had stains cupboard had foul smell we had to change the room but all rooms had this problem food was also bad, powdered milk in tea and coffee restaurant had only few things available from menu bar did not had beer, any beer and only had 2 drinks ! in play zone, fuse ball was broken, snooker sticks were bent, chess broken, ac partially working swimming pool water caused rashes to child

The place is beautiful but the management was not proper. The food is quite delicious.

We got downgraded rooms instead of luxury cottages that we paid for. The tent cottages were ok and not worth the price. Room service was next to zero. Our room basin had choked and even after multiple requests nobody arrived even till our checkout time. The food was pathetic lacking taste and variety. Edible is the word to describe the best. Overall, the resort did not meet our expectations and will give it 2/5 stars

Location is good. The resort is situated adjacent to a series of mountains giving a scenic experience. You can also go for a nature trail and visits fountains, night stay in a tent on a hill, enjoy the boot camp experience then the sun rise. Resort has primarily two kind of rooms, condos and tents, both are quite spacious with all essentials. The staff is responsive and friendly. The club has swimming pool with music system that you can connect your phone and play music, indoor play room (while we were their none of the ac worked, tennis court (badly maintained, beautiful maintained lawn. No kids play area. If you are staying in tent, be mindful of snakes that come with the territory. They have got a nice bar and restaurant, which is good. Breakfast and lunch was a disappointment. Bare minimum options (all veg. They also prepare jain food. You can order food from outside if you crave for non veg or little more spice in your life. Overall a mixed experience. So i would say 2. 5/5

It was not difficult to find this property. We reached there on time and as requested i got my cottage within 15 mins of time. The cottage was not as clean as it seemed. Stains on the wall, torn bed sheet, broken tables. Although the service was good but i expected a perfectly neat and clean property. Staff was helpful specially mr thapa (manager). Food was average. Location is quite impressive as its natural and surrounded by the mountains with the waterfall. Pool was not clean so i asked the staff to clean it before we used. There is a rain dance section which was quite a fun. Overall it was average a stay but bad keeping of rooms disappointed me.
