although i had no great expectations from this hotel, as we checked in, there was no hot water, shower not working, bed sheets were recycled. there was no proper resolution to these issues. this was a great disappointment.

The property is located at a prime area with parking facility and the security guard was friendly in assistants. The hotel has its own restaurant from which the food was served and it was amazing. Room was well maintained and the room service was quick too. Over all it was a good experience and will recommend this property.

The central AC in the room was surprisingly effective, making the stay quite comfortable. The overall value for money is undeniable. However, the quality of the blanket left much to be desired; an upgrade in this department would greatly enhance the guest experience. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast buffet priced at ₹100 – a definite MUST try. The variety and taste exceeded expectations, adding significant value to the stay. On the downside, I encountered an issue with noise disturbance. Despite notifying the reception, there was no intervention, and the noise persisted until after midnight. This lack of response from the hotel staff was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of my stay. In conclusion, the Budget Hotel in Khammam provides a decent stay at an affordable price. While the central AC and breakfast buffet are noteworthy, improvements in blanket quality and better management of disruptive incidents would elevate the guest experience.
