The Front desc team ruined absolutely my all experience. Starting from an agent that I ask for upgrade and gave us for a reasonable amount a •better* room. That ended being in front of construction rooms. Drilling loud noise all day from 9am to 5pm. Also we ask for another options to eat since it seems to have only 1 Mexican restaurant. The lady said that will open on Wednesday for sushi with reduce menu. I found out on Tuesday that restaurant it’s not open in September. Rooms were not so clean. Then at check out time I found out that I was missing something from my room and the way that was handled was terrible by FD manager. Making derogatory comments to an agent in front of us. And after, she got mad at my husband and came out of desk and started pushing him in front of other guest saying that he took a picture and saying other things even she said also in front of everyone SHUT THE F** UP. I won’t ever step on property managed for that people. Worst experience I ever had. I cannot understand how can people like that can work in hospitality: (

The resort is beautiful, and the staff is very friendly and well-trained. However, there were a few things that I expected to have in this type of beach resort. First, as a beach hotel, the bathing suits are often wet and sandy, so I expected to have a place in the room to wash and hang the clothes to dry the next day. Second, the hotel does not offer a cafeteria for an afternoon coffee, and I would appreciate it if there were a coffee shop or café inside. Third, when going with kids, I would expect the kids' activities to be at the beach, where all the families are hanging out. The grass area should be used for a playground, etc. Fourth, I missed having a kitchenette in the room. It would have been helpful to have a fridge and a microwave. We did have a great time and would go back for another vacation.

Great hotel, all the staff, from the second you pull up in the car are fantastic. The towel guy went and got extra sunloungers — nothing seems too much, which is how you want to feel on vacation. Have to give a special mention to the lovely bingo game lady, she was very entertaining. They have a bit of beach that’s nice and a great place on the rocks for cocktails. Rooms are nice and spacious. The pool is small but the beach more than makes up for it. Will definitely stay again when in Key Largo.

This hotel does not look like the photos, don’t be fooled. The staff are absolutely vile! We arrived late after a long drive and we’re greeted by two okay receptionists but not very accommodating then we walked to room and there was blood on the couch and the room was unclean so we rang reception and asked to move rooms and got no joy. We then got the front desk manager called Janelle and wow she was like cruella de vil, she was soooo rude i have actually never been spoke to like that in my life. She was patronising and condescending and made us feel like it was our fault that the rooms was dirty. She showed us another room and said ‘be careful where you step don’t leave footprints’and then we opened the curtains to see the view and she raised her voice and said ‘don’t touch the window because we’d have to clean them then’ we was all dumbfounded, more rudeness for absolutely no reason. We was all silent. Then we went back to the reception to discuss if we could actually move and she went full blown rant about how it’s clean and just not our standard of clean, like what does that even mean! If it’s dirty it’s dirty end of. We still never even uttered a wrong word back just felt so awkward and uncomfortable at her tone and the was she was speaking and explaining it to us so we went in to the lobby to discuss what to do as none of the rooms were any better than the first unclean one and one of the other receptionists who was there for the rant came over and said ignore her don’t understand why she’s being like that and she was shocked at how she’s spoke to us 🙈 we then just rang 訂房網站 and they sorted and refund for us and we had to pay a lot more money for another hotel and didnt arrive until 1 am we were so tired. She was slo quite smug when we said we wouldn’t be staying which is strange like why would you not want people to stay at your hotel. So the moral of the story is do not book this hotel, i also think Hilton would be upset at the standards of it as it’s definitely not a curio collection hotel, it’s run down and old.

This hotel looks nothing like the photo online and we arrived late after a long flight and drive! This staff was terrible not helpful at all the two receptions girls was nice but the hotel front desk manger Janelle was absolutely horrible spoke to us rude from the start! And our room had blood stains and everything it’s cost us a $700 dollars to move hotel that night! We didn’t feel safe to leave our bags etc to stay! Was there to start the celebration for our honeymoon with our friends and it was very upsetting for all of us! Never experienced anything like this and the way she spoke to us!
