It’s not easy to locate the place, in fact I will think that is abit doggy, you gotta walk at the back of ally. Of course it is stated that luggage is suggested to keep in other place. But that is not the issue, the issue is you hardly can check in to the room and there are plenty of messages and emails to send to you. Owner to expect you to read all information most of the time not important. They will use this info to protect them and telling you they have put in writing there. And I had difficulty to contact property owner, end up I couldn’t check in the room. I thought just to stay one night to catch early flight. But end up i couldn’t check in and no refund because I didnt read. And they don’t feel anything doing wrong.
