Generous sized room (we were in standard double), very comfortable bed, bathroom appeared newly installed. Huge carpark! We chose hotel as it was within walking distance of a party we went to and would stay again if needing accommodation in Ashford.

Very good sized room, clean and quiet. Decor a little old fashioned but tasteful. Bed was comfortable. Full English breakfast was enjoyable with a selection of drinks. Good location, few minutes from motorway

I booked and paid via 訂房網站 back in March 2026, however when we came to check-in, the receptionist told me that I had not paid? To avoid any embarrassment, I offered my card detaiks again. When I returned home, I checked my bank statement and that I had Indeed paid in full back in March 26, so I contacted the hotel and was refunded. 訂房網站 charged me £125 but the rate the hotel charged me on the day was only £107. I’m confused as to why it was cheaper to pay on arrival? The hotel was very average. It needs a lot of work to bring it up-to-date. This could be an amazing venue but the owners have unfortunately just let it run to the ground. Shame as it’s a great location and has fantastic potential Bed’s were comfortable but the cheap room fans were in effective in this heat.
