All staffs friendly. But if your room on 2nd floor , you must take care your luggages, no one can help. Breakfast simple no hot meal . You can walk around. 8-10 minutes to A&W and Starbucks.

衹能説一分錢一分貨，因為預訂的晚，又是傍晚入住一早離店的中途酒店就不抱太多期望了。房間老舊昏暗，連兒子都説這是住的最差的酒店，8.900的房價就太沒有性價比了。 絕不推薦！

Hotel is a good value The new tubs are so slippery I’m surprised that there have not been several accidents no mats on the tubs but was surprised to see a sign on front offering a mat if requested -that’s a safety issue to me

The paint was peeling off the walls. We ran out of coffee, sugar, and creamer after the first day and it was never replenished. When I asked where the swimming pool was, I was told it was outside and not given any other information, I later learned that it was in a different building altogether. The television didn't work properly, we could not control the volume. They have a vending machine in the lobby, but they are unable to give you change and it does not accept cards. The air conditioner was exceptionally loud and could not be controlled properly. I had to turn it off and was uncomfortably hot.

I stayed in an upstairs corner room which was spacious, clean, and quiet despite being near the main road through Kelowna. Though the paint on the walls was worn and chipping, all furnishings were functional and modern.
