After booking the hstay sends message saying no foreigners allowed. I sent a few messages through 訂房網站.com and made phone calls with no response. I emailed also directly saying I am spouse of Indonesuam and please don't cancel if that is alright. I received no comfort and left anxious for hours before 訂房網站.com assured it is not cancelled. The guy there was smoking, acted clueless about my booking, Took Rp100k deposit without giving receipt. Asked me to take photo. The room was good/normal, with a new firm bed. Bathroom was clean, but very old and had.foul smell emanating. No hot shower. The lights are bright for a homestay. No amenities at all. The bath towel looked very dull. Stayed one night. Enough unprofessionalism. Moved on to another hotel.
