從酒店出發，穿過大街就是商場，有超市、餐廳，比較方便。 酒店的早餐還可以，就是很多蒼蠅，不衞生。

房間不算乾淨，服務人員智力堪憂。入住第一天把我的房間和朋友的房間搞反了。 朋友房間不含早餐，就不讓我進餐廳。 早餐比較簡單，昨天突然多了一個攤位，可以煮方便麵。 結果，衹給LG電子的韓國人服務，拒絕其它住客。 情商太低了。 就是酒店對面有一個大商場，有超市，有很多餐廳，比較方便。

Stayed for 4 nights. Got the highest guest room at 10 floor but the window for one of the rooms leak when there's heavy rain on the 2nd day. Called up the reception to report incident and staff came over within 10mins to inspect the leak. Staff suggested for us to pack and move to another room, one floor down. They helped us to move our luggages over to the new room. Breakfast was variety. 10mins walk to a big mall, Sumarecon Mall. Plenty of food nearby too. Overall we will definitely stay here again if we come to Jakarta next time.

Nice hotel in the middle of Gading Serpong. It is near to Sumarecon Mall Serpong. The breakfast is variative and delicoius.

Location is very good, next to the shopping malI. I like the unit with one bedroom. Gym and swimming pool are good. Although the hotel is getting old, they maintain it well and keep it clean. Downsides are hairdryer only available by request, drain in the shower is so slow, for units facing to the back of the hotel, basin in the bathroom is too much far in from the edge made it difficult to use. Also, late check out is very strict, only up to 1 pm and was told to be at the lobby by then.
