Breakfast is mediocre, not serving at the very least eggs. Room, common areas and lifts are not particularly clean, with one of the lift being broken down for half the stay, making it on average 5 minutes from pressing the lift button to reaching your floor. I also received a smoking room, which should not exist in 2025 due to fire and safety regulations and health reasons.

Improvement has to be made in the AC and in the bathroom. This is the second time I am staying at Fame and I face the same situation. It takes about 2 to 3 hours before the small room gets cool...most probably incorrect preventive maintenance done. Secondly, the shower only gives lukewarm water. Hot water must be made available.

Untuk lokasi sangat strategis. Mau makan apa aja dekat, untuk kamar Ok, tapiii handuk udah jelek masih dipakai 🥺, sarung bantal kepala juga sudah kusam dan sabun mandi nggak keluar, sudah di call minta tapi nggak dianter. Coba tolong diperbaiki lagi.

Untuk harga tergolong murah lah ya, di angka 300rban udah dapet yg king bed dan sarapan juga. Tapi pelayanannya lama bgt. Nelfon receptionist untuk komplen karna remote AC kamar gak bisa, itu lama bgt. Trus gak ada hairdryer juga, pdhl di voucher checkin nya ada. Pagi² sekitar jam setengah 6 ada orang² ngetok² kamar, aneh bgt kan udh tau kamar ada isinya. Ganggu orang istirahat. Menu sarapan biasa aja, gak ada roti or kue² gitu.
