Late Check in so smooth and fast, less than 5min. Room was spacious, bright, and clean. Location was perfect connected to Summarecon Mall Serpong. The staff so friendly and kitchen staff doing extra mile by giving my kid ice cream even they dont have icecream at buffet. Something need to improve: 1. Vehicle sound from the street still heard (we got the room with street view on 5th floor) 2. The ceramics upside th Kids pool so slippery, im slipping when im about get in the pool. Be careful parents 3. Kids club floor doesnt cover with playmat or floormat, can cause injury when fell down. Need to change the swing material, wood material is slippery to sit. I think the kids club are proper for 5+ yo children 4. Breakfast was ok, not so many options
