I'm not sure I've had a worse experience with a hotel before... Rooms weren't ready at 4:00 pm check in time, a man - possibly cleaning staff? - barged in our room at 9:00 am. Hardly knocked, never once said "housekeeping." The body wash container was completely empty and a wad of hair that didn't belong to us on the shower floor. Extremely disappointing with our stay to say the least.

Great location. Very cool atmosphere and very artsy. Love the museum style and the artworks. The check-in process was slow and the front-desk staff was a bit unprofessional.

We expected it’s a new hotel which opened on 2025, however we found that the room is not as new as we expected ?! Even the TV is not working at all since we checked in till checked out ! The reception was saying that there were some issue for all Tv network … and the room is quite dark and the AC is not so well work, even we put it 65’c , but still not feeling so comfortable, the temperature in the lobby is much much better !!
