it was a nice stay. perfect for one night stop over, i guess would be great to have extra staff so its not overwhelming for one staff to accomodate the couple of guests. so they were not missing a simple guests requests like coffee for breakfast. still highly recommended because of the perfect location and kudos for the cleanliness despite of busy and low staffing.

Fantastic location, next to RSL and lots of eateries nearby. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. Requests were always met with a smile. The beds was were comfy and room was warm for the cold nights. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it.

We had a huge family room and easily houses 2 adults and 2 kids. It was super cold and they had electric heaters which worked pretty well.

酒店沒有電梯要人手搬行李，房間隔音很差。房間尚算大，酒店位置離火車有一些路程，行李多人的人要考慮考慮一下。

飯店老舊，空間小，浴室熱水很熱，但是水量極小。早餐非常陽春，沒有任何蛋類、培根等熱食。住了兩個晚上，第二天整理房務，並沒有更換浴室腳踏墊。

Hotel Blue is classic, old hotel with a lot of character. Although the hotel is dated, we were relieved to find that the room was recently refurbished, with AC and great amenities. I couldn’t fault the stay, and would certainly return. Fantastic location in Katoomba!
