This hotel is just OK. It’s listed as a five star hotel but it felt more like a three star hotel. The restaurant was extremely expensive and the quality of food was really no different than a lot of the food that I could get at a normal restaurant in the city at a quarter of the price. The room was decent however the bed was not that comfortable and the sheets and blankets and pillows were super uncomfortable. They just didn’t feel like quality that would come from a five star hotel. I stayed at three star hotels that had higher quality sheets and blankets and beds. The service is really good and everything at the hotel is quite nice but it’s definitely not five star worthy.

酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。 很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裡的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裡什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。 因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

酒店服務很好，在尼泊爾這樣的國家，能有這樣一個，非常難得，衹是會發生偶爾停電，但是馬上就來電，短暫停電。屋內設施也很好

I was not able to check in due to delay of flights so I will not stay in Kathmandu for that night. I wrote to cancel booking but the hotel rejected and offered to keep booking for the next day. I tried to arrange to change the date of my booking from 28 March to 9 April (instead of 9 March because I am not yet in Kathmandu). The hotel rejected without giving any reasons. I wrote them a letter twice but they are radio silence. ù
