服務不錯，遇到些問題，其實與酒店無關，但是酒店管理人員一直很細心地解釋並協助解決，但是酒店本身雖然衞生尚可，但設施比較舊，我住的房間衞生間的窗簾形同擺設，開了燈應該是透明的。室內熱水不是隨時有。

The staff at Hotel Manang were friendly, attentive and very professional. Sending a big thank you to all, including the lovely room cleaning lady, you were delightful and very helpful. Meals in the restaurant were large portions and good value and sitting outside in the courtyard to eat was perfect. As a smoker I also appreciated having a balcony so I could smoke outside and keep the room smelling clean, thank you!

The counter staffs are polite. The facilites are closed thou - the ice cream cafe was closed. The spa only had 2 staff thus can only take in 2 appointments at a time - not so good for groups. Also the spa service is so so only. Location of Hotel is however excellent, located in a side lane for quietness but just walk out 2 mins are the main shopping shops. I had a 訂房網站ple room - room is spacious and clean but the hot water dont really work - no time to feedback to hotel to fix.
