前台極度差勁！某個知道我名字的當地人喝多了半夜兩點來酒店找我告訴前台他認識我，在我生病剛睡著的情況下半夜兩點給我打電話驚醒我，沒有跟我求證的情況下私自給那個男人我的房卡因為我聽到他企圖刷卡開我的房門，還好我反鎖了！那個男的進不來我沒有理他他居然訂了房間前台還給他安排在我同一層！我真的從來沒體驗過這麼令人噁心的事情！完全不考慮客人的安全！重新培訓員工吧！！！

酒店乾淨衞生，還遇到一些長久居住的朋友，早餐的這個油炸花菜比炸雞還好吃，佩服廚師的料理技能。酒店前台小哥會日語，英語卡殼時也能切換溝通。遇到的Stuff都笑臉相迎，很Nice。

房間空間感覺有點窄小，箱子衹能擺在地上，出門就是店鋪林立的泰米爾，超級方便。服務好，餐廳點餐送餐很方便。

Day 1- Arrived at the hotel at 9:00pm. was provided a room with broken tv, broken kettle and Socket which wasn't working. called reception who said to call in the morning..SO HAD TO ADJUST AS WAS LEFT WITH NO CHOICE. Day 2. The person at reception named Abhishek said that he spoke with his manager and had upgraded the stay to a suit room to compensate the previous issue. Now when checked into so called Suit, the key card socket wasn't working due to which Tv and mini fridge and Air conditioning wasn't working. called again and eventually it was fixed. BUT TELEVISION WASN'T FIXED.i was too tired to even complain. The leftover food which was ordered at lunch remained outside the so called Suit and no one even bothered to take care of it until the next morning when the whole gallery was stinking AND the manager is only welcomes and greet foreigner and not Indian. so much of discrimination.They will hear you only if you pay them tips in dollars No maintainence, grumpy manager and staff who are careless.
