馬可波羅商務酒店 (Hotel Marcopolo)

This was one of the warmest and most memorable hotel experiences I have ever had! ❤️ I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Kathmandu, Nepal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Everything was clean and well maintained, and my room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. In fact, it was much larger than some of the more expensive hotel rooms I had stayed in during my previous 訂房網站s to Hong Kong. The hotel truly offers excellent value for money! However, what made this experience truly unforgettable was the kindness of the people working here. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful lady at the front desk, whose name is shown in the attached photo. ❤️ When I was preparing to leave Nepal for the airport, I found myself in a very difficult situation. I hadn’t realized that I would need cash to pay for my transportation, and I didn’t have enough Nepali rupees with me. I felt completely helpless and was genuinely worried that I wouldn’t be able to get to the airport. At that moment, this incredibly kind lady stepped in and gave me 400 Nepali rupees to help me get through the situation. It may have seemed like a small gesture to her, but to me, a traveler far from home in a foreign country, it meant so much more than words can express. I will never forget her generosity and the kindness she showed me when I needed help the most. What makes a hotel truly special is not just its beautiful rooms or excellent facilities, but the genuine kindness and sincerity of the people who work there. Thank you so much to this wonderful lady and the entire hotel team for your outstanding hospitality. You have given me such a beautiful memory of Kathmandu and Nepal! If I ever return to Nepal, I will definitely stay here again. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu! ❤️
