Very kind staff at the hotel. Unfortunately I did not have the best initial experience but the staff were kind enough to rectify the issue with an upgrade to a new room. Great location near the airport exit. The resteraunt and bar top seating area are a big plus. The beds are comfortable but the bedsheets might need to be requested to be changed Based on my personal experience. Good stay overall.

The hotel itself is fine but the way to there wasn’t a simple and straightforward for me. because the driver of the pre booked taxi didn’t know the route well, it took me so long to get there.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is isolated and quiet. The room was good and shower was hot. You are walking distance to Pashupathiath Temple. There is no elevator.
