⭐️⭐️ The only good thing about Hotel Black Diamond is its location inside the airport, which is very convenient for transit. Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The prices are extremely high for what you get, and the reception staff was shockingly rude and unprofessional – I even felt discriminated against, which left a really bad impression. For such a prime location, I expected much better service.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the attention to detail throughout the property. The location was also very convenient, close to shops and transportation. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

次の日が國內線の早朝便だったため、こちらのホテルを利用しました。國際線の到著ターミナルからはとても近く便利でした。ただ國內線の出発ターミナルまでは徒歩10分ぐらいかかりましたが、歩いて行けたので良かったです。ホテル自體は古く、とても清潔とは言えませんが、宿泊するのには問題なかったです。窓が大きく景色が綺麗だったのですが、窓が汚いのは少し殘念でした。

This is an OK hotel if you’re waiting for your flight or looking for a place that’s close to the airport. I requested a no smoking room, but I got a room that was clearly a smoking room, but had just been sprayed with air freshener to try to cover up the smell. Overall, it was pretty clean. And the restaurant was pretty decent as well.

Love this hotel. Walk to the terminal. Walk from the terminal. Great coffee shops and local food right underneath the hotel. Good view of the entire city from the rooftop. I’ve been returning for 8 years. Stable staff for years!
