I booked this stay for my parent’s as a wedding anniversary gift. The feedback i got from them is - the stay was nice. Food was good and the property in itself was good. However, they had a few inconveniences during their stay. Firstly, when they checked in the fridge in their room was missing a soda bottle which the hotel staff were trying charge from them during checkout. Secondly, the wifi wasn’t working and the hotel staff were a bit reluctant to help out. Thirdly, the toiletries (shampoo etc) provided were almost empty.

Low on staff during our stay. No one bothered to come for room cleaning, required numerous call to the desk for anything trivial. Worse on our last day room’s phone stopped working - they offered a room change but we were like heck. Even 3 stars hotels offer better services.

Though I had a few hiccups initially with the room , overall the experience was good. The staff was very responsive , the food was great and was custom cooked according to our tastes. Though I should warn everyone before booking is that it’s better if you have your own car , you don’t get Uber there . The hotel is on a pretty steep hill so climbing up and down might be problem if you don’t have your own vehicle.
